All live plant sales are final once shipped. We do not accept changes or cancelations 24 hours after an order is placed. If you need to make a change please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Depending on inventory and each individual order it is not guaranteed a change can be made pending the fulfillment process. All merchandise including pots and planters can be returned for online store credit or exchanged within 7 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping postage. Items must be in new condition with tags still on, no alterations, and free of damages by the customer. Return shipping charges will apply and refunds will be made using the original form of payment. Once your merchandise has been accepted for return, your refund will be processed. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution.
If your plant arrives damaged or show signs of damage beyond what can be expected when shipping a live a plant please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at email@example.com. Customer must be able to provide photo or video proof of the issue. We ask that no alterations are made including the removale of damaged or yellow leaves. Failure to contact us within the 48 hour window, provide proof of the problem or if there are any signs of alterations to the plant the opportunity to replace the item or order will be void.
Our current fulfillment timeline is approximately 3 5 business days but can vary slightly depending on total amount of customer orders. Standard order turnaround time from ordering to delivery at your door is approximately 2 weeks. Changes to orders post purchase will add to the turnaround time of your order. Custom items including, but not limited to, the artisanal concrete pots can add to the production and fulfilment times. Fulfillment timelines are separate from transit times, the transit time varies based on location, which location we are shipping from, and which shipping option is available.
Additional shipping insurance is available and is highly recommended during colder and hotter than normal months. This insurance in ludes adding heat packs to the order and offers protection against extreme heat. If the additional insurance is not included on the order due to the customer then full replacements or refunds will not be issued. We always highly recommend adding the additional insurance to each and every order for peace of mind shipping live plants However, should your plant arrive damaged or in poor condition please connect with our support team upon delivery so we can work together and discuss all options.
