This is a leasing agreement. All holiday décor remains the property of Trendy Gardener. Your organization pays an annual fee for the full-service installation, removal, and storage each holiday season for three consecutive years. You never own, store, or handle the décor — our team manages every element.
What does the $12,215/year price include?
$12,215/year covers the on-site design consultation, all listed package elements (12½-ft tree, two 48" wreaths, four 10-ft garlands, two grand holiday arrangements, Designer Series décor), a dedicated senior design lead, professional delivery, full installation across all designated zones, end-of-season removal, and off-site storage. Optional moss wall or living wall integration is priced separately during the design consultation.
What does the preserved moss wall or living wall integration involve?
Preserved moss wall panels require zero watering or maintenance and integrate directly into your holiday design as a textural, nature-forward backdrop or accent wall. Living walls incorporate live plants in a modular panel system with ongoing care included. Sizing, configuration, and placement are determined during the design consultation, and integration pricing is confirmed at that stage. Both options are exclusive to the Executive Wonderland tier.

Yes. Leasing Agreement Notice: All Commercial Holiday Plantscaping Packages are subject to a fixed three (3) year lease term.
