Is this a rental or a purchase?
This is a leasing agreement. All holiday décor remains the property of Trendy Gardener. Your organization pays an annual fee for the full-service installation, removal, and storage each holiday season for three consecutive years. You never own, store, or handle the décor.
What does the $7,450/year price include?
$7,450/year covers the design consultation, all listed package elements (9½-ft tree, two 36" wreaths, two 10-ft garlands, one holiday arrangement, premium lighting, ornaments, and ribbons), professional delivery, full installation, end-of-season removal, and off-site storage. No hidden freight or labor fees.
Can you customize the design to match our brand?
Yes. The Signature Holiday package includes corporate branding theme options — custom ornament colors, ribbon palettes, and accent selections tailored to your brand standards. This is discussed and finalized during your initial design consultation at no additional charge for standard palette customization.
Can I add preserved moss or living plant elements?
Yes. Preserved moss bowl centerpieces, tabletop arrangements, and additional biophilic elements can be incorporated as add-ons. Full preserved moss wall or living wall integration is featured in the Executive Wonderland package. Contact our team to discuss options.
Can I add office plant watering services?
Yes. When live plants are part of your holiday display, our Des Moines indoor plant maintenance team can provide scheduled watering and care as a bundled service. This can also be extended into a year-round commercial plant maintenance program.
Do you serve areas outside Des Moines?
Our primary service area is Des Moines and Central Iowa — including West Des Moines, Ankeny, Waukee, Urbandale, Johnston, and Clive. Contact us to discuss availability for locations outside the metro area.
Leasing Agreement Notice: All Commercial Holiday Plantscaping Packages are subject to a fixed three (3) year lease term.
