Please note: Local delivery and installation fees cover transport from our downtown Des Moines warehouse to your home or job site and are in addition to any freight costs associated with sourcing your plant and/or vessel.

Delivery Options

Warehouse Pickup (Scheduled) — Complimentary

Pick up from our downtown Des Moines warehouse during a pre-scheduled time window. Orders are staged and ready for efficient loading.

Front-Entrance Delivery — $150

A streamlined delivery option for clients who prefer to place and pot their pairing independently.

• Delivery is to the front exterior entrance only. We do not enter the home or deliver to any other location.
• Your plant is delivered in its nursery pot, separate from the vessel.
• If your vessel is special order, the vessel and plant may arrive on different timelines and can be delivered separately.

White Glove Delivery + Installation — $350

A refined, finished result—delivered and placed with care.

Includes delivery, in-home placement to a predetermined location, and installation of a fully planted pairing. Finished with a decorative soil topper for a complete, presentation-ready look.

Additional Fees (When Applicable)

Additional charges apply when access, distance, or scale increases beyond standard service. This may include:

• Locations outside the standard 30-mile radius from downtown Des Moines, Iowa
• Placement on a different floor than the main level, including any requirement for stairs or elevators
• Oversized specimen plants and trees over 8 feet, or any piece requiring additional labor or special handling

• Nationwide shipping: vessels can ship nationwide; oversized pieces may require custom freight.
• Sculptural plant pairings: best suited for local delivery and installation to protect the finished presentation.
