Commercial inquiry path
Use this path for offices, hospitality, restaurants, healthcare, retail, multifamily, property management, architects, designers, developers, and other organizations. Commercial discovery is qualified according to service, property, location, schedule, investment, decision process, and required maintenance.

Residential consultation path
Residential plant design and concierge work begins with a paid consultation. The fee is $150. If you proceed with an order, the full $150 is applied as a credit toward it. If you decide not to proceed, the fee is retained as compensation for the time spent on site analysis and design direction.

Living-wall feasibility inquiries
Living-wall inquiries should include wall dimensions, construction status, photographs, drawings, available power, water and drainage conditions, lighting information, desired plant area, maintenance access, and whether the client is prepared for recurring specialist service.
Preserved moss-wall inquiries
Moss-wall inquiries should include exact wall dimensions, photographs, location, desired installation date, design direction, logo or brand files, frame and lighting preferences, project budget, material approval contact, and installation access.
Questions Prospects Ask Before Moving Forward
Will I receive an immediate estimate?
Not always. Many services require site conditions, dimensions, access, material choices, maintenance expectations, and ownership structure before responsible pricing can be issued. The initial response identifies what is needed next.
Is a consultation required?
Commercial opportunities begin with qualification and may require a paid assessment depending on scope. Residential design begins with a paid $150 consultation, credited toward your order if you proceed. Living walls and custom moss walls require service-specific feasibility or design review.
What happens if the project is outside the service area?
Trendy Gardener will determine whether the work is feasible as a design consultation, preserved fabrication, shipped commission, destination installation, or referral. Recurring live-plant service is limited by route operations.
Your information is used only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Project images, drawings, and brand files are not published without permission.
