Typical lead time is 15–20 business days after order is placed.
Care Instructions
Preserved moss walls require no watering or sunlight and thrive best indoors away from direct sunlight to avoid color fading. Reindeer moss (lichen), can become brittle if exposed to dry air or heating vents—especially when humidity drops below 40%. This is temporary; once humidity is restored, it will regain its soft, spongy texture. Avoid placing your moss wall near HVAC vents and gently dust occasionally to keep it looking fresh.
Shipping & Returns
We offer free nationwide shipping on all preserved moss walls, with large pieces professionally crated to ensure safe transit. For clients in Central Iowa, local delivery with expert installation is available. Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of each piece, all sales are final.
We do not issue refunds unless the item is damaged during shipping. In such cases, we will promptly assist with filing a shipping claim; however, please note that we are not responsible for delays or handling once the shipment leaves our facility.
