Burn + Care
- Trim each wick to 1/4" before every burn.
- Place on a stable, heat-safe surface away from drafts, fabrics, children, and pets.
- On the first burn, allow the top layer of wax to melt until the embedded crystals are visible.
- Extinguish the flame and allow the candle to cool before removing the crystals.
- Remove all crystals before relighting the candle.
- Keep the wax surface free of debris before each burn.
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Discontinue use when 1/2" of wax remains.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Many of our stone and terracotta vessels are substantial in scale, weight, and visual presence. To ensure each piece is delivered with the care it requires, we offer two local delivery options based on the level of service your project needs.
Standard Delivery – $150
Includes delivery of the vessel to your home or project site and placement in a reasonably accessible drop-off location.
White Glove Delivery, Install, and Placement – $350
Includes delivery, planting, soil topper, in-home placement, and final styling placement within the space for a more complete, finished presentation.
Because these vessels are often heavy and architectural in nature, site access matters. Staircases, narrow hallways, elevators, long carry distances, and other logistical constraints may require additional coordination. Where needed, our team will review access conditions in advance to ensure a smooth delivery and installation process.
