How often should indoor plants be serviced?
Commercial plants are commonly serviced weekly or biweekly depending on plant density, container type, environmental conditions, presentation expectations, and replacement coverage. Residential collections may be serviced biweekly or monthly. Living walls typically require a more structured specialist schedule.
Do you maintain plants you did not install?
Yes, subject to an assessment. Existing plants and containers must be evaluated for condition, pests, drainage, soil, access, and whether the current installation can reasonably meet the desired standard.
Are plant replacements included?
